Request Finance has taken a significant step to enhance its support for finance professionals and certified public accountants (CPAs). The firm's recent acquisition will enable customers to manage an array of financial aspects, from accounts payable to employee expenses and crypto payments, all within the Request Finance platform.

Established in 2020, Request Finance is a comprehensive finance platform catering to both companies and freelancers. The platform offers a wide range of integrations and solutions designed for individuals seeking to maintain control over their financial processes. According to the company's website, these solutions include an API, a crypto card, and crypto-to-fiat currency conversion. Additionally, Request Finance provides numerous resources aimed at expanding users' understanding of cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency accounting. These resources include guides and tips available through the company's blog, intended to assist companies in managing their crypto finances more effectively.

"The impact is limitless. The trust placed in Request Finance by over 2,000 companies to power more than 700 million dollars in transactions is just getting started. The synergy between Request Finance and Consola Finance elevates confidence," said Christophe Fonteneau, head of strategy at Request Finance, in a March 12 news release announcing the acquisition of Consola Finance.

Consola Finance is a finance company with a focus on serving crypto-native companies and aiding individuals in understanding blockchain data. It operates as a human-readable blockchain explorer that assists companies in consolidating, augmenting, and exporting blockchain data transparently. Co-founded by Jacob Kobler and Miroslav Byrtus, Consola Finance aims to enable customers to concentrate on their businesses rather than their finances. The platform was designed as a single source of truth for cryptocurrency wallet data.

"By welcoming Consola Finance into the Request Finance family, the platform is poised to deliver a unique all-in-one finance platform," said Kobler, Consola’s chief executive officer, in the March 12 news release.

The acquisition is designed to aid CPAs in handling operations involving both crypto and fiat currencies more easily, and to facilitate a smoother transition between the two types of currency.
"The adoption of cryptocurrency is becoming mainstream. Businesses are adopting stablecoins, and we are developing a crypto-friendly platform that combines the functionalities of Bill.com, Netsuite, and Expensify into a single, all-encompassing solution," said Christophe Lassuyt, Request Finance CEO.
