Binance's Law Enforcement Training Team recently conducted a training session for the Southern Border Provinces Investigation Division in Hat Yai, Thailand. The session was focused on investigations related to cryptocurrency. Binance is globally recognized as the largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume.

Binance has a history of collaborating with Thai law enforcement to tackle cybercrimes. According to another post, Binance has been extensively working with Thai law enforcement and is "proud" to have assisted in two recent investigations into significant crypto scams. In one such investigation, Binance joined forces with the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau (CCIB) of the Royal Thai Police, providing intelligence that led to the arrests of five key members of a criminal group involved in "pig butchering" scams. Thai officials confiscated approximately $277 million USD worth of assets from these criminals, and since their arrest, more than 3,000 victims have come forward.
Tigran Gambaryan, Binance’s head of Financial Crime Compliance, expressed his pride in a statement shared in the post regarding their partnership with Thai law enforcement. He emphasized that this collaboration had brought "tangible results," demonstrating that "genuine security" is not limited by geography. Gambaryan said, "Our team-up with Thai law enforcement champions our mutual commitment to the protection of users and the advancement of cybersecurity." He added that they would continue partnering with authorities worldwide to ensure trust restoration in the digital-asset ecosystem.
