BullseyeEngagement announces new member of its advisory board

Betty Gower, currently serving as the CEO of The Market Ninja and Chief Marketing Officer for Xapa.com, is set to join the advisory board of BullseyeEngagement. Her role will be to provide guidance on collaboration in marketing and communications.

BullseyeEngagement is a company based in Houston, Texas that specializes in providing cloud-based human capital management software programs. With its services extending to more than 15 companies, it boasts an average implementation and deployment period of four weeks for its software solutions.

Adeel Zaidi, founder and CEO of BullseyeEngagement, spoke highly of Gower's appointment in a news release dated Feb. 7. He said, "Betty will complement the backgrounds and array of skills provided by our other board members, and her advice will guide us to better expose Bullseye to a wider audience. Her expertise will help us position our software offerings as a viable platform for medium-sized and larger organizations, and we are excited to benefit from her obvious skills and past experiences."

Gower currently holds several key positions including the fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Xapa.com and the Strategic Marketing and Brand Lead for The Market Ninja since May 2020. She has also served as CMO for Bambu Global; partner and vice president of brand strategy for The Company; and CMO for Classic Party Rentals. Her work experience spans across small-to-midsize businesses where she offers comprehensive marketing services ranging from tools to full-service marketing. Some notable companies she has worked with include NxtWork, RDE LLC, Perkins Cole Privacy Law, and HealthTrackRX.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Gower holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Economics, International Politics and Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles; a Master of Business Administration from Brown University; and a fellowship from Harvard Business School.

In response to her appointment, Gower expressed her enthusiasm in the Feb. 7 news release. She said, "I am delighted to have joined BullseyeEngagement’s advisory board.
