PIC Group CEO on new VP: 'I’m confident Felix is the right leader to take on this critical role'

PIC Group recently appointed Felix Alejandro to the role of vice president of global human resource, a press release reported.

“We are harnessing PIC Group’s core organizational strengths as an advantage to continue to grow in our traditional markets and accelerate our entry into new ones. I’m confident Felix is the right leader to take on this critical role and help us move into the next level of our business expansion,” Frank Avery, PIC Group CEO and president, said. 

Before assuming his new role with PIC Group, Alejandro worked at InVeris Training Solutions as vice president of human resources, where he oversaw the company’s global human resources and organizational communication. He also garnered more than two decades' worth of human resource experience with Coca-Cola, UPS, Macy’s and Adtalem, among various other companies.

Under his new role, Alejandro will be tasked with overseeing PIC Group’s global human resources and developing strategies to improve human capital management.

PIC Group, Inc. grants O&M Services (Care, Custody and Control), Commissioning and Startup, Documentation & Training and Staffing to North America, South America, Asia and Africa, specializing in the power generation, oil and gas, petrochemical, pulp and paper and manufacturing industries.

The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marubeni Corporation, a Fortune Global 500 company. A major Japanese global trading company, Marubeni is the third largest global independent power producer (IPP).
