1NCE recently appointed two senior vice presidents to lead the company’s growing operations in Europe and Asia-Pacific (APAC), according to a press release.

The team welcomed Nicolás Martinez-Fresno as senior vice president for business development and sales, Europe, and Hitoshi Ono as senior vice president for Japan and APAC.

Under his new role, Martinez-Fresno will be tasked with scaling “the company's sales and sales support teams to drive strong customer and partner engagement,” while Ono will lead the company's expansion in the region, kicking off with a Softbank partnership, which will help introduce 1NCE's offerings in 19 APAC markets.

“Martinez-Fresno is an accomplished international managing director of sales with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise business units of technology companies across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region,” a recent press release explains.

Before accepting his role with 1NCE, Martinez-Fresno served several senior roles at Vodafone Global Enterprise, and as global director for Business Solutions Sales, Industry Consulting and Innovation.

Ono also brings in more than two decades of business development and sales account management expertise. He has contributed to various blue-chip technology brands, including Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, Panasonic and Vodafone.
