Hodes Weill & Associates recently promoted Robert Levinson as a partner, and added two new executives to its global distribution team, according to a press release.

As the global capital advisory firm specializing in real estate’s new partner, Levinson will continue overseeing all financial aspects of the firm as chief financial officer and chief operating officer. He initially began his tenure with the company in 2009 as a member of Hodes Weill’s Operating Committee. During his time with the firm, he is credited with contributing to the Hong Kong, London and Amsterdam office launches, and overall local and international growth.
John Chase will also join the Hodes Weill’s global distribution team as a managing director, joining around the same time as Principal Michael Lisa.
Based in Denver, Lisa is tasked with covering investor and consultant-related tasks, while Chase covers institutional investors and consultants across Canada and the eastern U.S. Both executives are scheduled to report to Partner and Global Head of Distribution Matt Hershey.
The company's global distribution team now counts with the support of 14 executives, who are tasked with maintaining relationships with institutions and consultants across North and South America, Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Middle East.
Chase accepts his role with the company after 17 years of serving at Atlantic-Pacific Capital, LLC. The executive served as a partner for 13 years, and prior to that, contributed to Atlantic-Pacific Capital and Lazard Asset Management, LLC., among others.
“John is a highly respected and proven executive who has successfully completed fundraises of all sizes for a range of clients across asset classes,” Hershey said. “He brings to Hodes Weill an incredible track record, a vast network of relationships and a team-oriented mentality that aligns with our operating philosophy. Lisa began his tenure with the company in 2013 as an analyst on its project management team. He will now be tasked with coverage of institutional investors and consultants in the western U.S. and select markets of the Midwest and Texas and expanding efforts in Latin America.
