SirionLabs, based in Seattle, recently expanded its customer success team as it prepares to scale its operations following the receipt of an $85 million fund, according to a press release.

“Sirion’s leadership in the CLM industry is as much due to our customer satisfaction as it is to the capacities of our end-to-end contracting solution,” said Madhukar Yarra, COO at SirionLabs. “As we continue to grow, our commitment to customer success is stronger than ever with these highly qualified additions to our team.”

The company recently welcomed three new additions to its customer support and service team: Naveen Mehta as senior vice president for the EMEA region, Manish Chhabra as vice president and Stephen Brickley as vice president for key accounts in North America. All three new executives are set to report to Yarra.

Under his new role, Mehta will be responsible for growing SirionLab’s portfolio in the EMEA regions. The executive contributes 25 years of experience spanning technology, product and business operations. He most recently served as vice president and head of sales for Europe and Asia at Conduent.

Similarly, Chhabra will contribute vast experience as a global leader in customer success and analytics at organizations including Sprinklr, Amazon, Dell and Accenture. His new focus will now be “driving value realization, re-imagining customer success and building scale,” a recent press release explains.

In North America, Brickley will contribute more than two decades of experience, which he garnered primarily at SaaS companies, such as iRise and Blueprint Software Systems. Under his new role, he will focus on “delivering customer value into customer advocacy, expansion revenue and ultimately, enterprise valuation.”

Sirion also added key members to both its business strategy and its marketing teams. The company will now welcome Gordon Thompson as executive vice president of pre-sales and business strategy. The executive veteran has more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software and SaaS applications. He most recently served as senior vice president of pre-sales and business transformation at Mindtickle.

The company’s global marketing initiatives will now fall into the hands of Hiro Notaney, who joined Sirion earlier this year as chief marketing officer. The executive also brings in more than 20 years of experience, which he garnered at Oracle and Deloitte, among others.

“Notaney combines an expertise in branding and demand generation with a thorough knowledge of the CLM space,” the press release explains.

The expansion comes as Sirion receives recognition in the CLM industry, such as the highest of ratings in the 2022 SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant and honors as the highest ranked for G2 Fall 2022 Enterprise Grid and the 2022 SolutionMap by Spend Matters, among others.
