BeautyHealth recently appointed Jon Arnold as president of the EMEA region, and Stefanie Gebauer as president of the Southeast Asian region in an effort to accelerate its global expansion, a press release reported.
“I am thrilled to have Jon and Stefanie come aboard,” BeautyHealth President and CEO Andrew Stanleick said. “They round out a global commercial team that has delivered record results in recent quarters and stand to boost BeautyHealth’s performance in some of our most important growth regions.”
The two executives will now form part of the company’s Executive Committee, working to develop its end-to-end commercial operations, in-market teams and marketing/sales strategy.
“I am delighted to join Andrew and the rest of the BeautyHealth team as it embarks on its next growth chapter," Arnold said. “Personally, I am very excited and honored to lead the EMEA Team. Hydrafacial’s unique technologies and category-disrupting mindset are incredibly exciting, and there is a huge opportunity to deliver our great products and innovations to address the beauty needs of millions more consumers across the continent.”
The additions serve as one of BeautHealth’s Master Plan strategies, which is intended to expand the reach of the company’s global beauty-health catalog, which offers tips related to and promotes the importance of beauty, aesthetics, health and wellness.
With approximately 20 years of luxury skin and hair care brand leadership experience, Gebauer has contributed to Shiseido Prestige brands, John Master Organics, Aesop and L’Oréal, and advised consumer products and retail clients at Monitor Deloitte and Kearney.
“Stefanie, as our lead for Southeast Asia, brings a deep background of APAC brand marketing and beauty experience,” Stanleick said. “She is quick, precise and deeply in tuned with the most important market trends. She will add a critical perspective to our overall business and lead our next phase of explosive growth.”
The appointment is one of several expansion efforts made by BeautyHealth in the region, following the split of regional leadership in two, North Asia and Southeast Asia, appointing a team of leading executives seeking a more effective response to the needs of each country and truly harness the potential of APAC.
“I am excited to join BeautyHealth to expand and drive the business and brand awareness in the Southeast Asia region,” Gebauer said. “I look forward to working with Andrew and the team at BeautyHealth to create value and growth across new markets, accelerating the global presence for the company.”
