Smarty will now offer cash back and coupons for retailers in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Canada, a press release reported.

“We wanted to expand our savings universe beyond our own borders,” said Vipin Porwal, founder and CEO of Smarty. “We already had shoppers coming in from other countries using Smarty, but now we can better service those users and give them the same savings and benefits. Our goal at Smarty is to be a one-stop savings destination. Now we can do that on a global level.”

The online shopping platform will now offer benefits and savings guaranteed to shed costs for U.S. consumers. International shoppers will also have access to various cash back bonuses, digital coupon codes and double cash back on purchases made at Smarty’s retail partners.

“Ecommerce is local,” Porwal said. “Smarty intends to operate its global technology in local ecommerce markets benefiting consumers and merchants alike.”

The launch follows a series of additions recently made by the company. Among them is SmartyPlus, a new premium subscription online shopping service that offers various digital shopping benefits

The platform is compatible with Uber Eats, DoorDash and Just Eats, among various others.

The initiative follows a similar launch of SmartTravel Perks, which helps consumers apply cash back on purchases made on IOS or Android, allowing them to conveniently book flights and rent cars for their trips.
