A company that provides cloud-based software for sporting entertainment facilities has announced that it has bought an indoor and outdoor software company for karting centers.
Clubspeed CEO Alok Pandey said the company’s acquisition of KartingManager will allow the organization to increase its global presence.

Clubspeed serves more than 700 customers across more than 60 countries, Pandey added.
The software company for karting venues now works in 17 countries. Clubspeed said KartingManager founder Tomasz Kozlowski will transition into managing director for international operations as a result of the merger.

Clubspeed’s Executive Chairman Romir Bosu said a main caveat of the acquisition was getting to work with Kozlowski.
