Florida-based digital solutions company iQor will expand operations in two of its 16 customer service centers in the Philippines archipelago, a release from the company said.

While adding a total of 80,000 square feet to its omnichannel support contact centers, the expansion can accommodate over 1,500 new employees, the release said. The resultant job growth is expected to boost the company's success at providing technology-enabled business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, the press release said.

“Employees at our contact center sites throughout iQor Philippines deliver exceptional customer experiences,” iQor President and CEO Gary Praznik said. “These expansions enable our irresistible culture to continue creating amazing experiences that make people smile while meeting the growing needs of our clients."

iQor's expansion projects targeted Quezon City in Fairview, as well as Iloilo, both of which offer a full range of omnichannel support including social media powered by digital technologies like intelligent automation.

The Fairview project will encompass 30,000 square feet, enough for more than 500 new workers, when completed by year's end.

The Iloilo contact center facility was finished in 2021 and tacked on 50,000 square feet with space for an additional 1,000 employees, the release said.

As part of this growth initiative, iQor will be hiring for call center positions, both remote and in office, throughout the Philippines.
