Stellum Spirits will make its presence known in Australia with inaugural bourbon and rye expressions followed with single barrel releases later this year, a press release said.
Barrell Craft Spirits is an award-winning independent blender and bottler of unique aged, cask-strength sourced whiskey and rum, according to a press release.
"We’re fortunate to have amazing whiskeys like Stellum Bourbon & Rye in our portfolio,” John M. Weifert, director of Orrsum Spirits, said in the release. “The quality and price point of these cask strength American whiskeys will appeal to a broad audience. I'm excited for the future of Stellum Spirits and future growth of the American whiskey category in Australia."
Orrsum Spirits will be the new brand distributor, importer, retailer and marketer focused on tailoring to the Australian whiskey community, such as the Whiskey Hunt Australia, the press release said.
Barrell Craft Spirits was originally founded in 2013 in Louisville, Kentucky, with Stellum Spirits being launched just this past March.

We’re confident Australians will also embrace this exciting new brand."
