Eversana, a leading provider of global services to the life sciences industry, was named a 'Great Place to Work', by the global authority of workplace culture, for the third year in a row in the United States and the first time internationally.

More than 3,000 employees worldwide shared their sentiments about working for the company through anonymous surveys. That lead to the company's selection for the top honor, which included recognition in Canada, China and India.

Jim Lang, CEO of Eversana, said the recognition is important for the company.

“This is the most important recognition we could receive. I'm humbled to know that our employees — our most important assets — are thriving in a happy, engaged company that we built together,” he said in a press release. “We are committed to a mission to create a healthier world – whether it's from our round-the-clock operational centers or home offices and kitchen tables worldwide. Even amid an ongoing pandemic, we are taking care of each other.”

While much of the credit for the achievement was attributed to the company's rapid growth, its efforts to expand its workforce and commercialization across the Asia-Pacific region, Europe and Canada also played a major role, the release stated.

Employees reported equal treatment and said they “look forward to coming to work.”
