A Texas-based supply chain company, Overhaul, is expanding to Europe and Latin America.

In the next few months, Overhaul will announce new expansion plans in Mexico, Ireland and Italy, "delivering in-region expertise to customers  navigating the growing complexities of today's supply chain environment with boots-on-the-ground support," a news release said.

The company, founded in 2016, produces the "industry's first and only software-based, supply-chain visibility, integrity, and security solution for leading enterprises shipping freight globally," it said in a news release. Customers include Fortune 100 companies that move freight for the pharmaceutical and healthcare, technology, logistics, and food and beverage industries.

"2021 has been a transformative year for Overhaul, particularly  as we closed our Series B round and sharpened our focus on serving our existing customer base while extending our offerings to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving supply chain landscape," Barry Conlon, CEO and founder said in the news release. "From the sheer number of new customer engagements and subscriptions to the development and release of market-shaping software, I am truly proud of all we have accomplished this year. The developments of 2021 reaffirm Overhaul as the gold standard of industry solutions for stakeholders across the global supply chain, from container to truck, and everyone in between."

It plans on hiring a chief product officer, chief revenue officer and chief financial officer, expand its product portfolio and enter into new strategic partnerships, the news release said.
