The Miami Dolphins are partnering with Broxel to develop the team's official prepaid debit card in hopes of turning the Hard Rock Stadium into an entirely cashless venue.

While fans focus on the gridiron this season, a deal has been finalized that could mean a partnership to let the team's official debit card reign at the stadium. With this long-term agreement, Broxel is positioned to make it happen with cards ready for fans by the fourth quarter of 2021, and an app to manage expenses both inside and outside the stadium.

"We are excited to work with Broxel, an organization that has our shared beliefs of innovation, technology and sustainability," Jeremy Walls, senior vice president and chief revenue officer of the Miami Dolphins, said in a release from Broxel. "Hard Rock Stadium is a global entertainment destination with world-class events, and we look forward to partnering with Broxel to augment our cashless experience for fans."

Operating in the U.S., Mexico and Latin America, the financial technology company will be the official sponsor of the Dolphins.

In addition to the new prepaid cards, the most luxurious spot to watch the game will have a new name: the "72 Club presented by Broxel." This swank setting within Hard Rock Stadium offers fans a VIP viewing experience and the ability to watch replays and highlights on the club's private screens.

Throughout the partnership, Broxel will have a strong brand presence at the stadium, including hosting luxury catering to high-end clientele in a banner deal for sports and entertainment, the release said.
