Mondelēz International is looking to hire someone to perform the role of an Assistant Brand Manager Bakery in Lisbon, Portugal.

Management graduates or those who are currently pursuing a master's degree will have an advantage. Individuals who are graduates of economics or marketing are also welcome to apply. Mondelēz International is also looking for someone who has a passion for marketing and brand management, has the ability to manage multiple and diverse projects, with strong analytical skills, is proactive, and is fluent in English and Portuguese. Having the skills to speak Spanish is a plus.
As the assistant brand manager, he or she will have to ensure that local implementation of EU category strategy is met; EU developed content will be adapted to the Portugal market; X-Brand project coordination interacting with sales, category planning, CS&L, PCM, is executed; perform market data analysis (internal data; Nielsen) supporting the senior brand manager; conduct marketing budget management; ensure alignment at the local level with other functions. These responsibilities should be performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
